Ryan Lake
Ryan Lake Chief Executive Officer As the Chief Executive Officer of Lake Group Media, Ryan concentrates on new product development, corporate strategic vision and recruitment. Specifically, Ryan oversees the vision of the organization and develops the technology, relationships, and partnerships necessary to allow the company to provide incremental income to its list management clients, improved response and efficiency for acquisition clients, as well as develop and launch new products and services in the analytical, database, and interactive arenas. Ryan also plays an active role in various DMA councils. Prior to becoming CEO in 2000, Ryan held various positions within the organization in the list brokerage, interactive and list management departments. Karen Lake
Karen Lake Chief Operating Officer Karen Lake began her direct marketing career as an Assistant Marketing Analyst at Audrey Jones where she learned the basics of direct mail, after which Karen spent 10 years in catalog circulation at national catalogs Lillian Vernon Corporation and MicroWarehouse. While at Lillian Vernon Karen's responsibilities included overseeing circulation, both housefile and prospecting, across 8 titles and for close to 200 million catalogs a year. Karen's experience includes housefile segmentation, modeling, list acquisition, list management, budgeting, analysis, database builds, package inserts, and blow-ins. Karen holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Lake Group Media, Inc. These years of both consumer and business-to-business mailer-side experience have given Karen the background to work with LGM's top clients, helping them to achieve their marketing goals and providing them with comprehensive marketing strategies. Joe Robinson
Joe Robinson SVP, List Brokerage Joe is a 15+ year industry veteran in the list brokerage industry. As Senior Vice President of List Brokerage Sales, Joe is responsible for maintaining his own roster of accounts, which include both traditional direct marketers such as WSJ.com, Barron's, New York University, Investor's Business Daily and Wenner Media as well as marketing agencies like Rhino Marketing and Dryden Partners. Joe's years of list expertise, negotiation skills, and relationships are combined with the most advanced list research and analytic tools, allowing him to effectively develop direct mail plans and email plans for his clients. In addition to maintaining his own accounts, Joe is responsible for the development of new products and services to help all Lake Group Media acquisition clients lower their acquisition costs and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their marketing campaigns. Joanne Elias
Joanne Elias Associate Vice President Joanne Elias has been with Lake Group Media for more than 20 years. As Associate Vice President in the Brokerage Division, Joanne works closely with some of the industry's leading publishers, strategically planning and executing their direct mail acquisition campaigns. Joanne's areas of expertise include circulation planning, response analysis, test list research and competitive market analysis. Joanne provides comprehensive mail plans, in-depth test recommendations, and marketing support to clients such as The Atlantic, American City Business Journals, Scientific American, Foreign Affairs, Business Management Daily, National Review and Kiplinger's Retirement Report. Heather Maylander
Heather Maylander Managing Director Heather Maylander has over 23 years of industry experience. Her career started at ALC in 1987 through 2008 where she was an Executive Vice President until joining Lake Group Media as Managing Director. Heather specifically set out to have a diversified portfolio of clients in both not for profit and the commercial marketplace, which allows for effective and innovative penetration into secondary markets. Heather's main focus as a marketing partner is to bring viable and cost effective solutions to acquire/reactivate/retain new donors, buyers or subscribers from complimentary channels whether it is email, direct mail, ad placement, insert media and mobile texting. Heather's brokerage experience includes Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Christianity Today, Special Olympics International, Heifer International, DCCC, Environmental Defense Fund, Project Hope and City Harvest. Kathy Stivaletti
Kathy Stivaletti Client Relationship Director For over 20 years, Kathy Stivaletti has successfully planned and executed direct mail acquisition campaigns for today's leading direct marketers, improving response rates and lowering costs per new customer. As Client Relationship Director within the List Brokerage Division, Kathy oversees the day-to-day operations of all of her accounts. Kathy's broad experience spans the spectrum in the direct marketing world -- she's been a broker, a manager and a mailer. In addition, Kathy has volunteered her time on the DMA's List and Database Council Operating Committee and maintains membership in several direct marketing related organizations. Elisa Klatt Senior Account Executive Elisa Klatt started her brokerage career here at Lake Group Media, Inc. over 15 years ago. She made her way from an assistant broker to senior account executive, where she works daily on planning successful mailings for her clients, who she has built strong relationships with throughout her years in the industry. Elisa's areas of expertise include circulation planning, response analysis and test list research. Lenny Medico
Lenny Medico SVP, List Management Lenny possesses over 15 years of List Management experience. Lenny began his career in 1993 at Lake Group Media as a Sales Manager for 4 years and then worked for 6 years at American List Counsel as the Vice President and Director of Accounts. Lenny returned to Lake Group Media, Inc. in April of 2004 as Senior Vice President of List Management. Lenny is always contributing fresh ideas and new insight to the Lake Group Media, Inc. sales approach. He brings a disciplined, results-oriented approach to the priorities and demands of list account management and his analytic ability and excellent interpersonal skills have garnered praise from his relationships with list owners, brokers and mailers. Lenny has an active role in new business acquisition and his primary role in overseeing the Lake Group Media List Management Department is to garner all necessary resources to develop and execute unique proactive sales and marketing plans for Lake Group Media's prestigious portfolio of clients to generate the maximum list rental income possible. Jed Dorney
Jed Dorney VP, List Management Jed has years of agency experience in the financial marketplace, and brings a fresh approach to list management, providing new ideas that are "outside the box" of traditional methods. His agency experience combined with his 9 years with Lake Group Media, enables the sales staff to reach non-traditional agencies with list management recommendations; an untapped market at most traditional list firms. Jed is the primary point of contact, providing monthly status of sales and marketing efforts. He coordinates information from all areas of list management to insure the smooth flow of information to clients on a consistent basis. This approach is not only beneficial to the list owner, since it provides one central source for information, it also enables other departments, specifically the sales team, to focus exclusively on efforts in recommending and up-selling files. Lenore Cunningham
Lenore Cunningham Sales Director Lenore Cunningham has over 10 years experience in list management sales with a strong focus in consumer publishing. She began her career in 1998 working for Mal Dunn Associates as an exchange analyst then moved into list management sales and in 2004 was promoted to Director of List Management. Lenore worked with a consumer publishing roster that included prominent companies such as Gruner & Jahr,U.S. News & World Report, Disney Publishing Worldwide and Entrepreneur Media as well as other major consumer companies such as Gevalia Kaffe-a Division of Kraft Corp., MothersWork and Direct Checks Inc. In 2006, Lenore joined Lake Group Media's list management sales team in support of our commitment to growth and currently manages the sales for Bonnier Corporation's thirty five titles including BabyTalk, Parenting, Popular Science, Field and Stream and Outdoor Life. Danny Grubert
Danny Grubert Sales Director Danny began his direct marketing career over 10 years ago at Venture Direct Worldwide. He joined Lake Group Media in 2001 and has been an integral part of the List Management division. During this time Danny has developed an extensive mailer and vendor network, having worked with a wide range of business publishing, business merchandise, associations and seminar clients. Belkys Reyes-Cuni
Belkys Reyes-Cuni Sales Director Belkys began her career in direct marketing over 20 years ago after graduating from Pace University. Shortly after graduation, she joined a direct marketing firm in New York as an Account Executive. During her tenure there, she honed her marketing skills and knowledge while moving up the ranks to Vice President of List Management. Over the years, Belkys has had the opportunity to work within various sectors of our industry across the business, consumer, and international markets. Belkys joined Lake Group Media in 2003 as Sales Director. Mike Connolly Vice President, DLS Mike began his direct marketing career more than a decade ago at Medical Economics providing allied healthcare professionals, hospital personnel, nurses, physicians, to healthcare marketers. From 1996 - 1999, he worked for InfoUSA/Database America, specializing in offering compiled and response files, data processing, profiling and modeling. Mike later went to work for Venture Direct Worldwide from 1999-2001, where he not only provided the above services, but also specialized in now offering printing, mailing and online/email services.
